What if my landlord refuses to cooperate?
Our team will reach out to your landlord directly to explain the process. Most landlords prefer this arrangement because they receive full payment immediately — better than waiting for a tenant to gather funds.
How does the inflation protection work?
Once your rent is paid, that figure is locked. If your landlord increases rent at renewal, that increase only applies to the next plan — not the current year you've already secured.
What happens if I miss a monthly contribution?
